| Early Check-in (Before 6:00 AM) | Attracts 50% of the applicable room rate. |
| Early Bookings | Expire automatically by 12:00 PM. |
| Standard Check-out | 12:00 Noon. |
| Late Check-out (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM) | Attracts 50% of the applicable room rate. |
| Late Check-out (After 6:00 PM) | Attracts the full room rate. |
| Valuables | Guests are advised to deposit all valuables at the Front Office and obtain an official receipt. Westside Beach Resort & Hotel shall not be responsible for valuables not officially deposited. |
| Identification | A valid government-issued means of identification may be required during check-in. |
| Payment | Full payment or the required deposit must be completed before room occupancy. |
| Smoking Policy | Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. |
| Damage to Property | Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay. |
